Galaxy s3 windows explorer thumbnails

So in my second post, I said that I have deduced that it is not a Windows problem like I originally thought but a Samsung problem. However, no one at the other forum, knew of a way to solve this problem outside of Samsung fixing it. So I am still looking for a way around this problem cause I obviously Samsung doesn't care or they would have built it into their phone software to start with. I didn't see a way to add a screen shot to this post but I'd be happy to send one if someone wants to look at it.
